Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

International: delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. BlackCrown is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or carrier delays.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 14 days after receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as received.
